Feb02-1943Some 35 producers and a sprinkling of shareholders attended the annual Creston Valley Co-Operative Creamery Association’s meetings last Tuesday afternoon, to hear a very satisfactory financial report.

A real six months comeback was staged by the financial department of the creamery, which at the emergent meeting in June as some $661 in the hole and most of this was owing to producers. However, with satisfactory negotiations concluded the Creamery started a remarkable recovery and on December 31st, 1942, showed a clear profit of $65, and at the same time liquidating several and meeting several obligations.
