Calling all Cultural Collaborators!

Creston Museum News & Articles Leave a Comment

Are you passionate about diversity and inclusivity at a local level? Would you like to see multiculturalism better reflected at the Creston Museum? Or perhaps you have a difficult time connecting your heritage to the Museum’s current exhibits? Maybe you have some neat objects that are related to Creston’s cultural communities that you’d be interested in bringing in?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we would like to extend an invitation to our first-ever Cultural Collaborators Meeting, to be held at the Creston Museum Archives Saturday February 1 from 2-4 pm (219 Devon Street).

We will discuss these important issues, working together to find unique strategies that will improve cultural understanding and representation at the Museum.

But that’s not all! The Cultural Collaborators Meeting will also serve as a brainstorming session for Creston’s Fusion Festival, taking place the last Saturday in June. All are welcome, and refreshments may even be provided 😀 hope to see you there!
