Faster and more road-worthy than tractors\, able to go much longer distances than horses: trucks were\, from a very early period in Creston Valley’s history\, the number-one way of getting all the valley’s agricultural production to market. \nJoin us as we celebrate this often-overlooked aspect of local farming. The Creston Museum has two farm trucks of its own: a 1921 Model T one-ton\, and a 1947 Maple Leaf three-ton. Both are in running condition and will be featured front-and-centre this weekend! We also have half-a-dozen antique farm tractors\, and we’re working on rounding up other vintage farm vehicles.
